IMPORTANT: In order to produce a successful show that will truly help promote our performers and delight our visitors, we will closely review all applications and assign the best time slot possible to each performance or demonstration. The planners of Brazil Day DC reserve the right to deny any performance request for reasons such as, but not limited to, time slot shortage or inadequate performance content, in which case, the Performers' Entry fee will be fully refunded. Stage performances will take place inside or near a large open-air pavilion. Performances and demonstrations requiring a larger area will take place outside the pavilion. Though not a requirement, we encourage our performers to wear proud Brazilian colors the day of the event.

These compliments are an effort by the planners of Brazil Day DC 2011 to promote the talented Brazilian performers of the Greater-Washington region.
