There is still much to be done. The Amazonia Harvest Foundation is a Nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life of underprivileged populations of Amazonia through focused sustainable harvest and micro-business initiatives that help create jobs and protect the Amazon Rainforest.

We are constantly looking for ways to create new opportunities for caring individuals and organizations alike to make a positive impact on their own community or in a community stricken by poverty and disparity in a remote region of the Brazilian Amazon. By making a donation to the Amazonia Harvest Foundation in support of Brazil Day DC, you are empowering us with new resources to continue developing community programs such as Brazil Day DC that can potentially generate further resources that will help improve the quality of life of impoverished families in Amazonia.

We invite you, your business, organization or group to join us as a Partners. Our network is open to everyone from prospective volunteers to donors, fundraisers, students, and educators looking to enrich the lives of others. All have something to offer our community, and all have something to gain from it.

The Amazonia Harvest Foundation relies entirely on the generosity of donors. No staff member of the organization receives material compensation and thus the organization’s overhead is minimum. As a result, we are able to dedicate nearly 100% of proceeds to our community, humanitarian or conservation programs.

Electronic donations can be made safely and securely by clicking on the DONATE button below, or you can write a check to Amazonia Harvest Foundation and send it to 8707 50th Pl. College Park, MD 20740. All donations can be earmarked for Brazil Day DC or a purpose of your choice.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. If you should have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me.
